BIMINI WHITEPAPERS

USING SCIENTIFIC DATA TO BACK OUR TECHNOLOGY

Utilizing non-invasive technology provided by Nonin and Moxy, we were able to detect blood oxygen saturation (SMO2) of participants muscles. After 10 to 20 minutes in the Bimini NanoJet® hydrotherapy tub, participants increased their muscle oxygen saturation (SMO2) from approximately 50% to over 90%. This proves the NanoJet® technology can directly deliver oxygen through the skin into the smooth muscle tissue and blood stream.

Results: Prior to patient SS entering the tub her SMO2 was recorded at 38% via the Moxy NIRS sensor. After 10 minutes in the active Bimini NanoJet tub, her SMO2 was around 90%. For the duration of the session, SS’s SMO2 was between 90-95%. Two hours after the session, SS did a light swim and competed the following morning. On Saturday morning, SS recorded a Personal Record (PR) in the 50m Swim race, which was the fastest time in 4 years.
