Rick and Jason decided to get into 3D Printing/Manufacturing in 2010 when Jason graduated from Texas A&M. For the next 10 years they specialized in helping customers manufacture and bring their ideas to life. We met Dr. Mayur Dev who was working on a Nanobubble technology for waste water treatment and other environmental related areas. We flew out to Phoenix, Arizona to meet with Mayur. Rick was complaining about pain in his ankle from years of abuse playing basketball. Mayur recommended getting into the tub in his garage, filled with the Nanobubble water, to see what affects he may feel.
Rick spent the next 5 days with no pain and upon returning back home, worked with Dr. Dev in building a prototype system for his personal use. Daily usage led Rick to believe that, Dr. Dev may have found a revolutionary way to reduce pain and this technology needed to be in the hands of as many people as possible.

The Nanobubble technology was not initially intended for human treatment. It was originally intended to be used as a tool to help combat environmental issues by utilizing Mother Nature. Dr. Dev’s medical background, always made him ponder the idea of potential use for human health and thus when the Bimini Founder experienced pain relief, along with other anecdotal testing, the technology found a new potential use.
