We generate a prepaid UPS return label instantly. Download it right away and we also email you a copy.

Package Your Return

Securely package the product in its original packaging with all accessories and components, then attach the label.

Drop It Off

Drop the package off at any UPS location. The label is trackable, so you and our team can follow it the whole way.

Receive Your Refund

Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the return. The return label cost is deducted from the refund. No restocking fee.

The Fine Print

  • The 30 day window starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Items should arrive in good condition. Significant damage may affect the refund amount.
  • Return shipping is paid by you: the actual cost of the prepaid label is deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.
