Once inspected, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

If your Bimini NanoJet system arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support team immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
